Library services during hybrid & remote learning

Using the school library will look a little bit different during hybrid learning this year. Unfortunately students will NOT be using the library space and browsing books in person. But this doesn't mean you won't be able to borrow books! A few weeks after school starts:

  • Students will be able to browse the online catalog and request books

  • Books will be checked out to students by the librarian and delivered to classrooms

  • Books may be returned in classrooms and will be collected daily

  • All returned library books will be quarantined for a minimum of 72 hours before they are re-shelved or loaned out again

  • We ask that you don't apply disinfectant to any paper surfaces (shiny book covers are okay) when the books are at home, as it may damage the books

  • eBooks and aAudiobooks are touchless, return themselves automatically, and are available 24 hours a day through the Sora app!
